Alicia serves as the Director of Victory Child Development Center with a heart for children, families, and creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. She is passionate about early childhood education and is dedicated to providing high-quality care, meaningful learning experiences, and a safe place where children feel loved and supported each day.

As Director, Alicia works closely with staff and families to build strong relationships and foster a welcoming atmosphere throughout the center. Her leadership is centered on compassion, communication, and a commitment to helping every child grow socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually.
